Lorena Ramírez is a light footed rarámuri woman who likes to run ultra marathons in sandals and traditional dresses. She has become one of the fastest runners in the world. Lorena alternates between the peaceful life in the mountains of Chihuahua surrounded by her family, and the demands of the races in and out of Mexico.
